12. Stepping Forward with Love Your Swagger into 2026

As we close the chapter on 2025, we want to begin with one simple but powerful word: thank you. To everyone who stopped by a stall, shared kind words, made a purchase, or supported us in any way—your encouragement has meant everything. Love Your Swagger is built on community, and 2025 truly brought that to life.

Last year was all about finding our rhythm face to face. We spent much of 2025 getting comfortable with market stalls, learning how to present our work, and—most importantly—connecting directly with people. There is something special about seeing customers touch the leather, ask questions, and share their stories in person. Those moments shaped us in ways no online experience ever could.

One of our absolute favourite places to trade has been Canalside, which quickly became a space we looked forward to returning to. The atmosphere, the people, and the genuine interest in handmade and sustainable products made it feel like home. Canalside reminded us why we started Love Your Swagger in the first place—to create meaningful pieces and meaningful connections.

Not every market day came with perfect weather, though. One of our most memorable stalls was a very rainy day at Trentham. Despite the weather, we met some truly wonderful customers who showed incredible support. Those conversations, smiles, and moments of encouragement proved that passion and kindness shine through—even in the rain.

We were also proud to take part in a stall at our local Dunelm, bringing Love Your Swagger into our own community. Seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones locally reinforced how important it is to stay grounded and connected to where we come from.

Throughout 2025, we continued to focus on creating small-batch, upcycled leather accessories—each piece unique, bold, and made with care. Animal prints, vibrant colours, and compact designs became signatures of our brand, reflecting confidence and individuality. Working with upcycled real leather allowed us to stay committed to sustainability while delivering quality pieces designed to last.

As we step into 2026, we’re starting the year with gratitude—and a little excitement. To say thank you for the continued love and support, we’re kicking off the year with a free giveaway. It’s our way of giving back to the community that has supported us from market stalls to online spaces.

Looking forward, 2026 is about growth with intention: more markets, new designs, deeper connections, and staying true to what Love Your Swagger stands for—confidence, creativity, and conscious fashion.
